Samsung Galaxy S24+
* Average price in the past six months: £952. Cheapest price in the past six months: £675
- Upmarket display
- Comes with Galaxy AI
- High-resolution cameras
We like Impressive screen technology
We don’t like We question how useful AI is
At the other end of Samsung's offerings is its flagship S24 range, released earlier this year. The Samsung Galaxy S24+ is the big-screened version of the Galaxy S24 and its specs are enticing. This includes an upgraded Exynos 2400 processor, a screen that can reach an astronomical 2,600 nits in brightness, and a 50Mp main camera.
Galaxy AI software gives you a number of extra features. For example, you can edit people out of photographs and AI will fill in the gap and remaster shots.

The latest Galaxy AI gives you extra camera editing capabilities and it's designed to make processes more intuitive and efficient. This phone has a premium processor and large battery, too.

Samsung Galaxy A15 5G
* Average price in the past six months:£174.Cheapest price in the past six months:£110
- Large, high-quality display
- Improved processor
- Improved charging time
We like Amazing value
We don’t like Cameras could be better
You'll be hard pushed to beat the Samsung A15 based on pure value – it's part of the Galaxy range, but far undercuts the premium S-series.
There are obvious compromises to be made, but if you're not too bothered about the latest camera technology (although it still has three rear lenses, including ultra-wide) or wireless charging, hardware improvements over its popular predecessor could make it an excellent lower-cost option. Also consider the 4G version of the A15 (SQUIRREL_TEXT_50013855).

Samsung Galaxy A55

- Three rear cameras, including a 50Mp main lens
We like Quick processor, bright screen
We don’t like No wireless charging
This is the highest-spec phone from Samsung's 2024 A-range, which aims to combine performance with more affordable prices. Its display is a good size, with a high 120Hz refresh rate to keep content loading quickly for smooth browsing. The main camera has a high resolution and IP67 certification, which means it should be dust-resistant and survive 30 minutes in water up to a depth of one metre.

- 6.6-inch OLED screen
- 5,000mAh battery
- Three rear cameras, including 50Mp main lens
We like Sleek design and durable
We don’t like No wireless charging
The Samsung Galaxy A35 is a mid-range phone, one step down from the A55. It has some premium features, including a high refresh rate on the screen and optical image stabilisation in the cameras. It's one of the cheapest phones on the market to get five years of security support guaranteed from its launch date, so you can expect regular security patches until March 2029.

We like Durable, long battery life, high-resolution screen
We don’t like Weaker front camera

Best Samsung tablet deals
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+
* Average price in the past six months:£965.Cheapest price in the past six months:£649
- 12.4-inch screen
- Qualcomm Snapdragon SM8550 processor with 12GB of Ram
- 256GB of storage
We like Great cameras for pictures and video
We don’t like Not especially comfortable to hold for long periods as it's big
It’s the middle child in Samsung's S9 range, which includes the 11-inch S9 and the 14.6-inch S9 Ultra. This model, the S9+, has a 12.6-inch screen, which means it’s one of the bigger tablets around. The screen’s 1,848 x 2,960 resolution means it’s a 2K screen that’s sharper than HD.
It charges via USB C and the cable you need is included, but you’ll need to supply your own plug. You get a stylus though, which is nice - especially if you fancy doing some art.
Is this a tablet worth buying? Find out withour expert Samsung Galaxy S9+ review.
This tablet is down to an all new low price of£649 at John Lewis- compare with other retailers' prices, below. The 512GB storage version is down to£749 also at John Lewis.

- 14.6-inch screen
- Qualcomm Snapdragon SM8550 processor with 12GB of Ram
- 256GB of storage
We like Quick processor
We don’t like Might be too big for some people
This 14.6-inch tablet was Samsung’s top-of-line model from last year, increasing the screen size to 14.6-inches from the 12.6-inch of the S9+ above. Otherwise, the spec is very similar, with the same Qualcomm Snapdragon SM8550 processor, 12GB Ram and 1,848 x 2,960 resolution display.

* Average price in the past six months:£148. Cheapest price in the past six months:£99
- 8.7-inch screen
- USB-C charging
- Runs the Android operating system
We like:Intuitive operating system
We don't like:Muffled speakers
This entry-level tablet with a small screen is currently on sale for the lowest price we've seen in the past six months. The screen has a resolution that's less than Full HD, but the eight-core processor has specifications that are impressive for this tablet's price.
If you're not sure if 64GB is enough, but still choose to buy this device, you can expand on this with a micro SD card later.
Find out how it did in our independent lab tests in our Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 review.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9
* Average price in the past six months:£765. Cheapest price in the past six months:£580
- 11-inch screen
- 1,600 x 2,560 resolution screen
- Runs the Android operating system
We like:Strong cameras
We don't like: Videos can judder
This 11-inch tablet from Samsung has a hefty eight-core processor with a max speed of 3.36GHz, which is seriously powerful. This is backed up with 8GB of Ram, which is standard for a tablet at this price.
The model we tested has a 128GB drive, which drops to 99GB when you factor in the operating system and built-in apps. There’s the option to add extra storage with a micro-SD card, too.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+
* Average price in the past six months:£558. Cheapest price in the past six months: £488
- 12.3-inch screen
- 1,600 x 2,560 resolution screen
- Runs the Android operating system
We like:Warm and detailed sound
We don't like:Will struggle with more demanding apps and software
It’s a 12.3-inch tablet from Samsung that’s part of the FE range. It’s essentially a cheaper version of the flagship S9 range – while some specs are less impressive, this is still a high-end device.
The massive screen’s resolution is 1,600 x 2,560, which is far sharper than HD. An eight-core processor powers the tablet, and clocks at an impressive 3.36GHz. The already beefy processor is backed up by 8GB of Ram, which is similar to what you'd find in a mid-range laptop.

Best Samsung TV deals
Samsung QE43Q60D
*Average price in the past six months: £440 | Lowest price in the past six months: £389
- 43-inch 4K TV
- QLED display
- Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats
We like:Natural and vibrant picture
We don't like:Narrow viewing angle
43-inch TVs are small by modern standards and if you’re after a 4K TV this is about as small as it gets. They are popular in the UK, and the QE43Q60D is one of Samsung's mid-range sets. It uses quantum dots to enhance colour and while it doesn’t share many other flashy features from more high-end sets, Samsung’s pedigree means it could still be an excellent choice.
Read our SamsungQE43Q60D reviewto see how it performed in our tests.
Samsung QE48S90D
*Average price in the past six months: £1,332 | Lowest price in the past six months: £887
- 48-inch 4K TV
- QLED display
- Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats
We like:HDR is used expertly
We don't like:The body of the TV rattles a bit at some frequencies
The QE48S90D is Samsung’s first 48-inch OLED TV. It’s not alone in making smaller OLEDs though, and faces stiff competition from LG, Panasonic and Sony.
Still, Samsung certainly has the pedigree to make the best 48-inch OLED of 2024 and, characteristically of the manufacturer's range, this model has plenty of good accessibility features.
Check out the fullSamsung QE48S90D review to see how this one scored in our tests.
Samsung QE55Q60D
*Average price in the past six months: £543 | Lowest price in the past six months: £515
- 55-inch 4K TV
- QLED display
- Supports HLG, HDR10, HDR10+
We like:Excellent value
We don't like:HDR can make the picture look too dark
Normally it takes months for a TV to be drop in price enough to be considered a genuine bargain, but this Samsung model is a rare example of a TV not costing an arm and a leg on release.
Though the picture quality isn't flawless, there's still so much to like about this mid-range TV. It offers a range of more advanced HDR formats and solid HD performance. The speakers are good, too, which is often a failing on cheaper TVs. It's a great option for anyone looking to spend around £500.
Read our Samsung QE55Q60D review for the full results from our lab tests.
Samsung QE55QN90C
*Average price in the past six months: £941 | Lowest price in the past six months: £899
- 55-inch 4K TV
- Neo QLED display
- Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats
We like:Dynamic sound
We don't like:Too many ads in the smart menu
Not all high-end TVs are OLEDs, and you can save a few hundred pounds by choosing a backlit TV instead.
The QE55QN90C is packed with high-end tech and the quantum dots in the display should make it one of the most vibrant TVs around.
Read our fullSamsung QE55QN90C reviewto see if it's a good alternative to an OLED.

Samsung QE65QN90D

- 65-inch 4K TV
- Neo QLED display
- Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats
We like:Excellent accessibility features
We don't like:Remote takes some getting used to
This large 65-inch TV from Samsung's QLED range uses smaller bulbs in the backlight for better contrast and quantum dots in the display to boost colour. It's easy to set up and use with a great electronic programme guide (EPG). There's also a nice array of features for gamers, as well as voice control and a PVR.
But are the picture and sound quality any good? Read our Samsung QE65QN90Dreviewto find out.
Samsung QE65S90D
*Average price in the past six months: £2,132 | Lowest price in the past six months: £1,444
- 65-inch 4K TV
- OLED display
- Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats
We like:Great use of HDR
We don't like:SD can look a bit jagged
The margins between the best high-end TVs are narrow and you can end up spending more than you need to when the range below is almost as good. It means models like this 65-inch QE65S90D can often be your best bet. It's simple to use, with well-designed menus and a decent remote. Currently available at a nice discount, our lab tests reveal whether the picture and sound are up to scratch.
